About the Role
**Role Overview:**
+ Managing the distributors assigned to negotiate the sales campaigns and build the assets
+ Promoting the Company’s products through multiple sales activities including meetings, seminars and workshops
+ Effectively conduct advisor trainings to train advisors to understand the Company’s products
+ Prepare the sales promotion proposals for regular sales campaigns
+ Achieve the pre-determined sales and AUM targets assigned by the Company
+ Gathering marketing intelligence from distributors to share other functional team internally
**The ideal candidate should possess the following attributes:**
+ Degree in a business, economics, finance and/or related discipline
+ SITCA licensed sales professional
+ Strong presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills
+ CFA, CAIA, FRM and/related qualifications is a plus
+ Fluent in both Chinese and English - verbal and written
