Client Account Executive

Purpose of the Role: Daily management of providing service provisions for clients engaged with Salesworks Pte Ltd. Point of contact for all client contact, queries and communication internally and externally. Liaise with the Sales Network to support the daily management of the campaigns. Assist in research and perform first level campaign trending. Responsibilities: Day to day management of the client relationship and communication. Able to stand in for CAM as first point of contact for all internal queries. Ensure all client enquiries & emails are answered daily satisfactorily after getting response from the internal team as well as the sales network. Collaborate with sales network to produce, update and maintain current sales collateral & training materials.
