About the Role

We are currently building our pool for Secretaries for contract roles with one of our valued clients in the HRM.**Paid Weekly 
**Rates Vary Requirements: 
  • Grade XII, one year commercial course w/ two years’ experience or the equivalent combination of training and experience
  • Ability to work well under pressure 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Job duties may include but not limited to
  • Preparation of general correspondence
  • Scheduling appointments 
  • Handling travel arrangements
  • Filing and other related duties as needed
