Job Summary: We are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to be based at Waikeria Prison.

Reporting Relationships: Reports to: Facility Manager. Direct reports: 6

Scope of Role: The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the delivery, quality and efficiency of both reactive and planned cleaning services to non‑prisoner areas at the new Waikeria Prison facility. The Supervisor manages the cleaning schedule and assigns the team duties, ensuring tasks are completed within contracted timeframes and in accordance with Cushman & Wakefield HSSE, Q&A practices, Site‑Specific Operative Document procedures, and regulatory requirements. The focus is on a proactive cleaning service designed to minimise disruption to the prison service and deliver a safe workplace for corrections staff.
