Flexible Area Supervisor

Pareto FM is looking for a proactive and adaptable Flexible Area Supervisor to support the delivery of soft services across a diverse portfolio of client sites. This role would also suit a senior cleaner or a team leader.

This is a varied, hands‑on role providing operational support to Regional and Account Managers, helping to ensure service excellence, compliance, and continuity across multiple contracts. You'll work across a range of environments, providing cover, supporting teams, conducting audits, and helping maintain the high standards our clients expect.

This position offers the opportunity to work across a variety of prestigious sites, including Historic England, Dematic, XCT, and other unique locations set within some beautiful surroundings.
