Cleaning Supervisor

The Cleaning Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily cleaning operations and ensuring assigned premises meet cleanliness and hygiene standards. He/She will supervise cleaners, coordinate manpower deployment, and ensure work is carried out in accordance with company and client requirements.

Plan and deploy manpower effectively based on operational needs.
Provide on-site guidance, training, and briefing to cleaning staff on proper cleaning procedures and safety practices.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, and performance.
Liaise with clients, building management, and internal stakeholders on operational matters.
