ABOUT THE ROLE:



We are currently recruiting for a motivated, reliable and customer focused Supervisor to supervise our team of Cleaning Operatives and the Cleaning Services that we provide to our valued client based at Cox Bruntingthorpe, Bruntingthorpe proving ground, LE17 5QS.



Job Type: Permanent - Full Time.



Pay Rate: £13.81 per hour.



Working Hours: 40 Hrs per week, 8 Hrs per day, Monday to Friday - 08:00 Hrs to 16:30 Hrs



Company van, fuel card and company phone provided.



Start Date: Immediately.



Key Responsibilities and Tasks:



- As a Cleaning Services Supervisor, you will interact with and support the Account Management team in supervising a team of cleaning staff across your designated site(s).

- You will build effective relationships and ensure that employees are working productively and safely.
