• Develop new business via cold calling, field visits and client networking for cleaning & facility maintenance services.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and service contracts for potential customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets independently.
• Conduct market research and explore new sales opportunities in the cleaning industry.

• Proven working experience in cleaning service industry is mandatory.
• Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, able to engage with B2B clients.
• Bilingual in Chinese & English
