Cleaner (25 hours/ week, fixed-term contract)

Exeter College (part of the University of Oxford) is seeking to appoint a Cleaner (‘Cohen Quad Scout’).

This is a fixed-term appointment until 30 June 2026, to cover another member of staff’s period of family leave.

The postholder will be responsible for cleaning a specified part of the College’s residential accommodation (based at our residential site on Walton Street in central Oxford), and ensuring that the required standards of cleanliness and hygiene are maintained.

Duties will include cleaning student bedrooms and communal areas (e.g. bathrooms, kitchens, corridors), as well as ensuring that bins are emptied, floors are vacuumed, surfaces are dusted, and furniture is polished.
