Class 1 HGV Driver (Tramping) - Wigton
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 (Category C+E) Driver to join our client based in the Wigton area. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate looking for long-term stability.
The Role:
- Monday to Friday working pattern
- Shifts vary with start times during the day
- Nationwide tramping work
- Multi-drop deliveries of bed furniture
- Curbside deliveries
- Manual handling involved - heavy lifting required
- Internal lift inside the vehicle for added support
- Ensuring timely and professional deliveries to customers
Requirements:
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Previous multi-drop experience essential
- Physically fit due to manual handling duties
- Reliable, punctual and professional attitude
- Good communication skills and customer awareness
- Good time management skills
