Class 1 Driver

Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver Curtain Side & Flatbed Work
Location: Wakefield (Trailer Site)
Pay Rate: £16.50 per hour
Overtime: Paid at time and a half after 10 hours

About the Role:
Recruit A Driver are looking for reliableClass 1 drivers to work on a long-standing Chep pallets contract. Youll be delivering usingcurtain side and flatbed trailers from an unmanned trailer site in Wakefield.

What Youll Do:

• Drive curtain side or flatbed trailers on regional deliveries
• Work with automatic vehicles
• Follow clear delivery instructions (regular trailer numbers may be sent via text)
• Start your day at 06:00

Requirements:

• Confident using ratchets and straps
• Own a smartphone to use the delivery app
• 6 months Class 1 flatbed or curtainside experience
