About the Role

The Opportunity

 As a Claims & Investigation Lawyer, you will work closely with senior compliance, HR and insurance specialists, reporting to the Associate General Counsel - Claims. You will support the identification, management and resolution of claims, complaints and professional responsibility matters, helping to safeguard the firm's reputation and ensure effective risk management.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the management of professional indemnity and employment claims and circumstances.
  • Liaising with insurers, brokers and external legal advisers.
  • Supporting insurance renewal processes and advising on policy coverage issues.
  • Managing and investigating client complaints and monitoring associated risks.
  • Assisting with the development of policies, training materials and internal guidance.
