Claim Analyst

In Freight, Claims and Demurrage, you will join a team of8 talented and welcoming colleagues.

Reporting to the Head of Freight &Claims, Singapore, you will be responsible for managing voyage-related claims, maximizing recoveries, reducing financial exposure, and protecting theCompany’s contractual rights. You will play a key role in driving timely claimresolution and supporting the commercial performance of the business.

• Review and process demurrage, freight, miscellaneous revenue claims, andrebill invoices through IMOS and external stakeholders.
• Validate information received from Vessel Operations, Chartering, and Agentsto ensure accurate claim calculations and invoicing in accordance with charterparty terms.
• Prepare, submit, negotiate, and settle voyage-related claims, includingdemurrage, freight, detention, and other contractual claims.
