About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civils Foreman to oversee day-to-day operations on a large civil engineering project in Douglas, Cork City. You will ensure projects are delivered safely on time, and to the highest quality standards. You will supervise site crews, coordinate materials and equipment, enforces health and safety, ensures work meets specifications, resolves on-site issues, and delivers civil engineering projects on time and within budget. This is a permanent, Full time position.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise site teams, subcontractors, and labour to ensure efficient workflows.

Implement construction plans in line with project drawings, specifications, and schedules.

Maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance.

Coordinate plant, equipment, and materials to avoid delays.

Conduct site briefings, toolbox talks, and progress meetings.
