Civil Trackworks Advisor - Operations & Maintenance

Job Description

• Gather, validate and provide technical information on Civil/Trackwork to the O&M Team.
• Advise potential areas of issue regarding O&M from the perspective of Civil/Trackwork construction works.
• Participate in HAZARD / HAZOP workshops.
• Ensure integrity and credibility of information provided by Technical Teams to the O&M Team.
• Coordinate with Contractor's Civil/Trackwork Technical Team to deliver expected outputs to OMC.
• Participate in the development of the Asset Management system with the Contractor and the OMC.
• Assist the future OMC in preparing Civil/Trackwork maintenance rules, guidelines and SOP.
• Assist in OMC bidding and negotiation stages as required.
• Conduct inspections of Underground, Elevated and Depot Civil Works during the warranty period and first three-year maintenance stage.
