Civil Foreman

We are seeking an experienced Civil / Utilities Foreman for infrastructure projects in Dubai involving RTA, DM and DEWA works.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate site activities related to Civil / utilities works
• Manage manpower, subcontractors, and daily site operations
• Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with engineers, inspectors, and client representatives
• Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of works
• Ensure compliance with RTA, DEWA, DM and local authority requirements

Requirements

• Proven experience in utilities and infrastructure projects in the UAE
• Hands‑on experience with RTA / DEWA / DM works
• Strong knowledge of underground utilities, drainage, sewerage, waterline, ducting, and related civil works
