About the Role

            Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering, Property Development, Structural or equivalent. 
Have at least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. 
Required Skill(s): C&S infra and building, Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD 
Ability to interpret drawings and coordinate construction drawings between consultants and contractors. 
Familiar with building regulation, material, testing and inspecting procedure. 
Ability to work under pressure and within tight deadlines. 
Able to work independently under low supervision. 
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. 
Proven risk management experience in construction projects. 
Working hour: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5.00pm), Saturday needs to be on call. 
Candidates must be willing to work at Laksamana Cheng Ho, Melaka.
