About the Role
Civil Enforcement Officer
12-month fixed term contract – 15 hours per week with Bank Holiday working on a rota basis. 3 shifts 1pm to 6pm Monday to Friday.
£11,593.78 – £12,576.49 per annum (FTE £28,598 to £31,022 – pay award pending).

Duties of a Civil Enforcement Officer
- Issuing penalty charge notices to vehicles parked in contravention of the Traffic Regulation Orders for on‑street locations and in off‑street car parks in the Bromsgrove district.
- Work is completed mainly on foot and will involve moving between sites.
- Patrolling the local areas to maintain good traffic flow.
- Undertake ticket machine checks and assist people in the community to use our facilities.
- Make a difference to the way people can use and access parking spaces.
