About the Role

As a CID Officer you will be responsible for ensuring all guest registrations are accurately and promptly entered into the UAE CID (Criminal Investigation Department) system in compliance with local government regulations. You will act as a key liaison between the hotel and local authorities maintaining high standards of confidentiality accuracy and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately upload guest information and passport details into the CID system for all arrivals, departures, and day-use guests.
• Monitor and ensure all data submitted meets the standards required by UAE law enforcement authorities.
• Liaise with Front Office and other relevant departments to ensure timely collection and submission of guest identification details.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to CID uploads in a timely manner.
