Our client are a Regional Bank who are looking for 2 Portfolio Manager's during a period of growth.

Summary/Objectives

The Commercial Portfolio Manager III supports the commercial loan and deposit portfolio of one or more Relationship Managers providing quality underwriting, sound portfolio management and superior client service.

Essential Functions

• Analyzes financial information to evaluate credit worthiness of new and renewal loan requests and ongoing portfolio management activities
• Conducts industry research supporting existing and prospective customers
• Compiles commercial loan packages including credit memos, financial analysis of borrowers/guarantors, risk grading and recommendations
• Completes additional credit analysis using in-depth tools beyond traditional spreads and global cash flow (e.g. CRE analysis)
