Responsibilities

  • Capture all relevant patient information on system for Chronic Management Care for all providers.
  • Must call various medical aids to confirm if patient is registered on Chronic, test and procedures covered by those schemes.
  • These validations must be done efficiently and accurately for all providers.
  • Maintain constant communication with nurses at the providers rooms to provide Chronic Management.
  • Must send email every morning regarding the number of Validations done for the previous day.
  • To verify using Skylims the number of tests sent to JDJ after validations.
  • ADHOC Administrative functions, filing, scanning, answering of telephone, taking messages.
