Helper/Apprentice wanted for Chim-Chim Churee Chimney & Masonry to work with our lead technicians and learn the trade.
Responsibilities:
Helper/Apprentice wanted for Chim-Chim Churee Chimney & Masonry to work with our lead technicians and learn the trade.
Responsibilities:
- Your job would entail mixing mortar
- Demolition of masonry
- Loading material
- Carrying the ladders
- Keeping the van organized (putting tools back where they go, etc.) and any day-to-day things the technicians need assistance with.
- If they are speaking with a customer at the beginning or the end we are looking for initiative; set up/take down the ladder, clean up the tools, etc.
- You will be trained on all chimney and masonry-type jobs: installation of prefabricated chimneys, wood stoves, any repairs or masonry work, etc.
- Our work day begins at 7:00 am sharp and we usually work Monday-Friday every week except for major holidays or major weather. Beginning pay will depend on the amount of experience. Some Saturdays an...
