Location: Shrewsbury

Salary: £50,000 (£5k Welcome Bonus)

Bonus: 21% Annual Bonus + On-call payments

Role Overview

Key's Group are looking for a compassionate and experienced Registered Manager to lead the team at our 4 bed house in Shrewsbury. Our home has 3 young people living there, the main house is made up of 3 bedrooms and our higher intensity annex has 1 bedroom with 2:1 care. The home was recently inspected by Ofsted in January 2025, receiving a Good judgement (Well done to the team!). There is currently a Deputy Manager in place and ready to support the new Registered Manager upon their start date.
