Languages: Portuguese and/or Spanish required. Professional English mandatory.

Experience: 15+ years in technology leadership, consulting, software engineering, digital transformation, pre-sales, or technology services.

Context

As part of ACT Digital's continued expansion across Europe, we are looking for a business-oriented and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to drive our technology strategy, support business growth, and strengthen our positioning across European markets.

Based in Portugal or Spain, the CTO will work closely with Country Managers, Regional Leadership, Sales teams, Delivery leaders, and strategic clients across Europe.
