About the Role
Job Description OVERVIEW OF ROLE The Chief Steward oversees and directs all stewarding operations to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation and operational efficiency across all culinary and food & beverage areas. This role supports the Director of Culinary and culinary leadership team in maintaining exceptional back-of-house standards, ensuring all kitchen equipment, operating supplies and stewarding functions are managed efficiently and in accordance with health, safety and luxury hospitality standards. The Chief Steward plays a critical role in supporting operational excellence, guest satisfaction and team member engagement.
