Job Overview

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive and serving as a member of the Board, you will provide strategic leadership across workforce, organisational development, culture, equality, diversity and inclusion, staff engagement, learning and development, wellbeing, talent management and employee relations. You will lead the continued development of our people strategy and cultural transformation agenda, ensuring that staff voice, co-production and employee experience are at the heart of decision‑making across the organisation.
