About the Role
Lead and manage navigation and cargo operations on our bulkcarrier vessels operating worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to take charge of your future, supervising crew members and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assume overall responsibility for the navigation and safety of the vessel.
- Manage cargo operations efficiently and safely.
- Supervise crew members to ensure effective teamwork and adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct ship inspections and maintain necessary documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Valid Chief Officer's Certificate of Competency (COC).
- Previous experience in a similar role on bulkcarrier vessels.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge of maritime regulations and safety standards.
**Salary Range**:
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
