CHIEF OF STAFF - (Onsite Execution-Focused)

To serve as the CEO’s onsite operational partner, responsible for enforcing KCAT’s standards, driving execution of high-priority initiatives, and ensuring discipline in daily operations. In close collaboration with the Executive Assistant, the Chief of Staff will guarantee the seamless and effective functioning of the “Office of the CEO” and uphold KCAT’s values across all onsite activities.
