The Opportunity

JMAC Group is seeking an exceptional Strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join the business at a pivotal stage of growth and transformation.

This is not a traditional CFO role.

This is a rare opportunity for a commercially driven and strategically minded finance leader to become a key architect in the next phase of the Group’s expansion, helping shape a scalable, high‑performing organisation with long‑term enterprise value at its core.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the CFO will operate as a true strategic partner to the leadership team at a Group level, with substantial autonomy and influence across the Group’s commercial, operational, financial, acquisition, investment, and international growth activities.
