Role Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading the organisation's financial strategy, planning, and overall finance function. Reporting to the CEO, this role ensures financial sustainability, regulatory compliance, and supports long-term business growth and executive decision-making. This role requires strong expertise in capital markets, regulatory reporting, and scaling finance operations within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
