Role Overview

Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance is the senior finance leader responsible for shaping financial strategy, safeguarding the company’s financial health, and enabling sustainable growth through disciplined planning, governance, and business partnership. In a high-growth healthcare SaaS startup, the CFO role extends beyond traditional accounting into recurring revenue analytics, pricing strategy, forecasting, investor readiness, operational decision support, and scalable financial operations.

This role requires strong SaaS finance expertise, BFSI exposure, Chartered Accountant qualification, and hands-on ownership of taxation, GST/commercial tax, compliance, controls, and corporate governance. The CFO will work closely with the CEO, founders, investors, and functional leaders to build a compliant, data-driven, and investor-ready finance organization that supports rapid scale and long-term business success.
