• Initial contract until end of November 2026 with a possible extension
• Attractive daily pay rate of $900 - $1500/day + super

Purpose of the role:
The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for leading a government agency’s finance function and providing strategic financial leadership across a complex and rapidly evolving organisation.
  
Key Accountabilities:

• Lead and direct the finance function, including the ensuring that the agency’s financial resources are effectively allocated and controlled to maximise outcomes.
• Manage complex accounting functions across a dynamic organisation including major infrastructure projects, fund and cashflow management (including external borrowings), leases and grants.
