Noccela is a Finnish technology company commercializing the next generation of Ultra-Wideband (UWB) based Real-Time Location Systems (RTLS). Our solution brings centimeter-level visibility to industrial, logistics, healthcare, and service environments, reaching where GPS cannot. We are scaling the business through a Value-Added Reseller (VAR) partner network across Europe, North America, and selected APAC markets.

We are now looking for a CEO focused on sales and global scaling to lead our growth phase and international expansion. This is a role for a dynamic and proactive business developer, not an administrator. As a small, focused company, we need someone who sets direction but also rolls up their sleeves to personally drive deals, partner negotiations, and financing rounds, moving between strategy and execution often on the same day.
