They are looking for a CEO who will hold full accountability for the company's brand presence, capital markets, investment and M&A, global commercialization strategy, and international stakeholder engagement across the US, Europe, and beyond.

Responsibilities:

• Drive global strategic partnerships, licensing opportunities, and business development around the siRNA pipeline, AI drug discovery platform, and delivery technologies; engage with pharma, biotech, and industry partners to advance collaborations.
