Job Details

• Salary: $34.62 hourly / 40 hours per week
• Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
• Education: Secondary (High) school graduation certificate

• 2 to 3 years

Work Setting

Work must be completed at the physical location. No option for remote work.

Responsibilities

• Prepare estimates of labour and/or material costs
• Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
• Prepare master format estimates (Class A)
• Create and submit estimate reports, quote sheets and bid forms
• Analyze tenders and recommend awards
• Set up cost monitoring and reporting systems
• Monitor and adjust contract expenditures

• Experience with projects $100,001 – $1,500,000
