Chief Engineer - Raffles Residences

The Chief Engineer oversees and manages all aspects of engineering and maintenance operations within the Residences. They are responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning and upkeep of the Residences' physical infrastructure, including electrical systems, HVAC, plumbing, lift (elevator) systems, and other essential equipment. They collaborate closely with various departments to address maintenance issues promptly and implement preventive measures to minimize disruptions. Additionally, the Chief Engineer plays a pivotal role in implementing sustainable and energy-efficient practices, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field. Specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Facilities Management is an advantage.
