About the Role
**Key Responsibilities**
**Financial Reporting & Accounting Operations**
+ Oversee daily accounting functions including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Income Audit.
+ Ensure timely month-end closing, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.
+ Review journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
+ Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reporting systems.
**Compliance & Internal Control**
+ Ensure compliance with **IHG accounting policies** , local tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
+ Maintain strong internal controls and audit readiness at all times.
+ Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.
+ Monitor adherence to financial procedures and approval processes.
