About the Role
Job Description: Direct and participate in the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of Si Chuan Cuisine dishes, Plan and price menu items, order supplies, and keep records and accounts. Monitoring and controlling stock levels, Maintaining/raising the food's profit margins for the restaurant, Meeting health and safety standards, Assist in adhoc duties as and when required. Requirement: Proven work experience as a Chef or Cook, Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment, Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks, Excellent time management abilities, Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
