Chef de Partie

We are recruiting for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our fantastic team in the Talbot Hotel Wexford. This is a full-time role. The successful candidate will report to the Head Chef.

• To prepare, cook and present all dishes and sauces to a high quality and consistent standard;
