Chef De Partie

About the Role:

You will play a key role in delivering consistently high standards across all areas of the kitchen working closely with senior chefs and taking ownership of your section whilst supporting across the wider operation as needed.

From preparing fresh, high-quality dishes to ensuring smooth service during busy periods, your contribution will be essential to the overall guest experience. You’ll be involved in everything from food preparation, menu development, stock management and maintaining excellent hygiene standards. You’ll also help ensure that every dish leaving the kitchen meets expectations for quality, presentation and taste.

Flexibility is key, as the role will include evening and weekend working in line with service demands
