Chef De Partie

We are looking for an experienced and passionate CDP to join our team.

• Prepare, cook and present food as per restaurant standards.
• Supervise Commis Chefs ensuring they are fully trained and understand their duties.
• Ensure kitchen stock is rotated and controlled.
• Order, check in delivered stock and ensure its safe storage.
• Ensure the kitchen cleaning schedule is adhered to.
• Maintain a detailed knowledge of the menu and specials and be able to explain dish descriptions to front of house/customer.
• Ensure compliance to food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Assist Head Chef in the development of menu items and specials.
• Follow restaurant policies and procedures.
• Adhoc duties as requested.

• Minimum of 3 years experience in a fast pace kitchen.
