We are looking for a skilled Pizza Chef de Partie (CDP) to manage the pizza section, prepare authentic pizzas, maintain food quality standards, and ensure smooth kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook pizzas as per standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Handle dough preparation, fermentation, proofing, stretching, and baking.
- Operate pizza ovens including wood-fired, deck, or electric ovens safely and efficiently.
- Prepare sauces, toppings, cheeses, and other ingredients for daily operations.
- Ensure consistency in taste, quality, and portion control.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff during busy service hours.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pizza station.
- Ensure timely food preparation and delivery during service.
