The ideal candidate will specialize in authentic Moroccan dishes ensuring high-quality preparation presentation and consistency while supporting kitchen operations and maintaining exceptional hygiene standards.

• Prepare cook and present a wide range of traditional Moroccan dishes.
• Coordinate with the Sous Chef and Head Chef to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
• To inform your superior of any goods required to fill out any requisitions and hand them to superiors for signature.
• Assist in developing Moroccan menu offerings for themed nights promotions and special events.
• To prepare cook present and assist with serving the food according to standard recipes observing the correct portion control procedures at all times.
