Chef de Partie - Fast-Paced Kitchen Leader, Flexible Shifts

MAISON ANLI (PTE. LTD.) is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our back-of-house team in a fast-paced kitchen. You will prepare ingredients, cook and plate dishes, and follow menus with strict quality standards.

You will take ownership of your station, ensure consistency in taste and presentation, and support inventory and stock management while maintaining a clean, hygienic workspace. Leadership and teamwork are essential to succeed in this role.
