Role Overview

The Chef de Partie is responsible for running a designated kitchen section, ensuring consistent execution, organisation, and hygiene. This is a hands‑on role focused on delivery and section control.

Key Responsibilities

  • Run assigned section during prep and service.
  • Prepare dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Supervise Commies within the section.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas.
