The Role

• Run your section with confidence during busy services

• Deliver consistent, high-quality dishes across a varied menu

• Work across prep and service with strong organisation

• Support the team to ensure smooth, efficient service

• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards

About You

• Experience as a CDP or strong Commis ready to step up

• Comfortable in high-volume, fast-paced kitchens
