About the Role
Tao is a contemporary Chinese restaurant offering authentic Chinese cuisine in a modern and welcoming dining environment.
We are seeking qualified and experienced Chef and Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan, prepare, and cook Chinese dishes in line with the restaurant’s menu and quality standards.
- Supervise kitchen operations and ensure consistent food quality during service.
- Assist with menu development and seasonal menu updates.
- Monitor food preparation, portion control, and presentation standards.
- Manage stock control, stock rotation, and minimise food wastage.
