About the Role
Assemble ready-to-eat snacks (sandwiches, wraps, salads, pastries, toasties) quickly and hygienically using set recipes and presentation standards.
Stock and replenish ingredient and condiment stations rotate perishable items to minimize waste.
Follow food safety, sanitation, and allergen-handling procedures (cleaning schedules, temperature logs, cross-contamination prevention).
Maintain clean, organized workstations and equipment perform routine cleaning and closing duties.
Take customer orders, process payments (when required), and handle simple customer questions courteously.
