Key Responsibilities:

Accounting & Finance Oversee and manage complete books of accounts Ensure accuracy of financial records, ledgers, and MIS reports Supervise day-to-day accounting activities and team (if applicable) Manage cash flow, bank reconciliation, and fund utilization

Taxation & Compliance

Handle GST compliance including returns, reconciliation, and assessments Manage Income Tax, TDS, and other statutory compliances Prepare and review tax workings, notices, and replies Ensure timely filing of all statutory returns

Audit & Regulatory

Handle all types of audits (Statutory, Internal, Tax, GST, Concurrent, etc.) Coordinate with auditors and ensure smooth audit closures Ensure compliance with NBFC regulations, RBI guidelines, and reporting norms
