About the Role

Position Summary:
The Engineering Department of Tarkwa Gold Mine seeks to employ an experienced and outstanding individual to fill a Charge Hand – Boilermaker position. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying problems and advice on remedial action as well as assist in developing effective engineering repair standards and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute daily routine work according to policies and procedures within prescribed guidelines with emphasis on quality and quantity of work output

Collate inputs from peers to enhance continuous improvement and also suggest improved ways of performing tasks

Maintain a comprehensive record/file of applicable standards and procedures

Provide technical coaching to subordinates towards the achievement of high plant availability and within industry standard by providing service support timeously
